About Us
HL Dynamics is a woman owned small business based out of Ogden, Utah and serving the entire United States.
Our founder, Hailey Prendergast, has a professional background rooted in technical R&D work in a variety of industries (aerospace/defense, biotech, energy, materials) and has served as lead design engineer, engineering manager, and program manager across many R&D teams. With a background in chemical and materials engineering, she has years of experience being in the thick of complicated, under-resourced projects with the talented engineers and technicians and has seen the steep cost of unclear plans and poorly informed timelines.
